Geology - Morning trip up the Grand Targhee chair lift at the base of the Grand Teton.
Purpose - To study plate tectonics/mountain formation.
Biology - Afternoon hike into Targhee National Forest's Alaska Basin

Geology/Biology/Social Science - Weekend Trip to Yellowstone National Park
Purpose - To study the natural geology and biology of Yellowstone National Park.
Recreation - Friday evening in West Yellowstone, including shopping, an evening show, and
dinner at the Silver Spur. Saturday tour to Old Faithful and surrounding areas. Free time to
shop and browse through Old Faithful lodge.

Personal Day - No class. A bus will be available to take students to their
respective religious services. A day to catch up and relax
